TikTok is one of the best places to grow a Kick channel. Clips go viral and viewers want to watch you live. But TikTok opens links in its own built-in browser, so a plain kick.com link lands viewers on a logged-out page. Here's how to add your Kick link to TikTok so it opens the Kick app.

Step 1: Create a Kick app link

Paste your channel link or username on OpenInKick and tap Create free link. Copy your openinkick.com/yourname link and save your private stats link.

Step 2: Add it to your TikTok profile

  1. Open TikTok and go to your profile.
  2. Tap Edit profile.
  3. Tap Website (or Links) and paste your OpenInKick link.
  4. Save. The link now shows under your bio.

Don't see a Website option? TikTok only offers bio links once your account qualifies, usually with a business account or after reaching about 1,000 followers. Until then, write openinkick.com/yourname in your bio text. It's short enough for viewers to type.

Step 3: Test it

Open your profile from another account (or ask a friend) and tap the link. On Android it opens the Kick app directly. On iPhone, viewers get an Open in Kick app button. One tap and they're in.

Tips for Kick clippers on TikTok

  • Make a link per clip. Paste a Kick clip URL to get a short openinkick.com/c/… link. Mention it in your caption or pin it in your bio.
  • Track what works. Each clip link has its own stats, so you can see which clips actually send viewers to Kick.
  • Say it in the video. “Full stream at openinkick dot com slash name” is easy to remember and type.
  • Use a QR code in your stream overlay so viewers watching on another screen can scan it.

Use the same link everywhere

Your OpenInKick link works in TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Threads and Discord. See how to add it to your Instagram bio too.

Questions

Why can't I add a link to my TikTok bio?

TikTok only shows the Website field to accounts that meet its requirements, which usually means a business account or around 1,000 followers. Until then, you can put your link in your profile text or use a business account.

Can clippers use OpenInKick?

Yes. Paste each Kick clip URL to get a separate openinkick.com/c/ link with its own click stats, so you can see which clips send the most viewers.

Does the link work in TikTok comments and DMs?

TikTok doesn't make links in comments clickable, but links in your bio and in DMs open in TikTok's browser, where OpenInKick sends viewers to the Kick app.
