What is a Kick app opener?
A Kick app opener turns a normal kick.com link into a smart link. When someone taps it on their phone, it opens the Kick app instead of a logged-out browser page, so they can chat, follow and subscribe straight away.
Why doesn't my Kick link open the app from Instagram?
Instagram, TikTok and most social apps open links inside their own built-in browser. That browser loads kick.com as a website and never hands the link to the Kick app, so viewers land logged out. An OpenInKick link tells the phone to open the Kick app directly.
Is OpenInKick free?
Yes. Creating links, opening the app and the click stats dashboard are all free, with no sign-up and no limits on clicks.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. On Android the link opens the Kick app automatically. On iPhone, Apple only lets apps open from a tap, so your viewers see a one-tap Open in Kick button that launches the app. If they don't have the app, they go to kick.com instead.
